Printing Bill via Retail Shops and Customer Service Centers

Can You Print the Bill Without the Consumer Number?
- The consumer number (or reference ID) is the main way to fetch your bill online. Without it, printing becomes tricky. However, there are a couple of workarounds:
- If you pay through apps like JazzCash or Easypaisa, the consumer ID is usually saved in your bill payment history.
- Check an old gas bill (the consumer number is always printed on the top).
- Call the SNGPL helpline and provide your registered phone number or CNIC. They can help retrieve your consumer ID.

Download the Bill as a PDF
Always save the bill in PDF format on your mobile or USB before going to the shop. This keeps the layout correct.
Zoom In and Double-Check Detail
Before saving, zoom in to confirm that your consumer number, due date, and payable amount are visible clearly.
Use a Printing Shop with a Laser Printer
Shops with laser printers usually give sharper and more professional prints compared to inkjet.
Ask for a Standard A4 Page
Bills printed on proper A4 size are easier to submit for records, offices, or banks.
Take a Backup Copy
